A double-sided sturdy and almost indestructible cutting block in oak that can be passed down to the next generation. The cube cutting board has endwood on the work surface, which has a harder and more durable surface than longitudinal wood fibers. The cutting block is saturated with heated linseed oil with Gotland beeswax. The heated oil penetrates deeply and gives the wood a natural impregnation, while the beeswax settles on the surface and makes it durable and moisture- and dirt-repellent.
