Tvåla & Tvaga in collaboration with Flors Honung on Gotland have created the most deliciously beeswax-creamy soap to protect the indispensable bees.
Tvåla & Tvaga was started by Anna Stenegärd from Gotland, who had already moved to Gothenburg at the age of 21 and started a soap shop with her own production of natural raw materials. 10 years later, she can still proudly call herself a soap manufacturer today, in the company of her talented employees who joined as Anna's company grew.
Flors Honey - the honey and beeswax used for this soap are produced and cast by Lars-Göran Floser on the farm Flors in Burs in south-eastern Gotland. The farm's hives and its bees have collected nectar from the farm's fruit trees and lavender flowers from the garden for three generations of honeymakers. Lars-Göran has today 18 bee colonies and together, of course, they supply the exquisite raw materials that go into this soap.
- "Here we wanted to create a soap with almost unreasonable amounts of beeswax and have therefore used it in both the base and the overfatting. It is in the overfatting that we create a beeswax ointment that is carefully stirred into the soap mixture. The result is a crazy creamy and extremely skin-caring soap. The honey , which, like the beeswax, is of very high quality, gives a boost to the soap's lather through its sugars and contributes a sweetness to the scent. The soap is based on Bohusland cold-pressed rapeseed oil, a really wonderful raw material and also in line with our work to preserve the Swedish biological the diversity. We are very fond of how the honey-yellow mild lavender-scented soap seduces with its lather and leaves the skin very moisturized. Lather & Enjoy!" Anna Stenegärd
