Ala is a series of solid desks in three different sizes. This – Ala 135x60 – is the largest, with a generous work surface and beautiful material meetings. A piece of furniture that can be cared for and loved for generations.

All desks are made of solid oak or birch, which is treated with one of our natural surface treatments. As standard, the surface of the birch is treated with white oil or soap and the oak with linseed oil, white oil or soap.

The table top is made of Gotland limestone, Scanian diabase or of the same type of wood as the base.

Underneath the top are two drawers that are joined with semi-concealed zinc and rest on glides made of the fatter type of wood, beech, for friction-free movement. The drawers are also decorated with ground-in fittings in stainless steel or brass.

The base can be painted in one of our standard colors for an additional charge, in which case state your choice in the comments field when you place your order.

Before the furniture leaves the carpentry shop, it is signed by the carpenter in charge and marked with the date and production number.
